Our company not only develops and constructs buildings,
we also improve the infrastructure of the townships we enter.
Detention Drain, Putatan
We built a 10-foot deep detention drain to resolve the flooding issues around the area. This was put to test during the recent flood of 2024, where the whole district of Putatan was submerged in water, except for the areas neighboring Alam Pesona Putatan.
Monsoon Drain, Kota Marudu.
Before: High-risk Flood Zone.
Kota Marudu, located in the Bandau floodplain, was once a high-risk flood zone. This was particularly so during Monsoon season, causing the temporary displacements of thousands of people living in the floodplain.
After: Monsoon Drain.
Realising the severity of the situation, our Monsoon Drain was built to protect the town from future floods. Since the completion of the drain, there has not been a flood in the area.
