Our excellent track record in developing residential and commercial properties is represented by the 4 strategically located, integrated, and niche developments built to date. These developments are connected to major highways and transportation hubs within the state of Sabah.
Our founder, Aidah Wong is the youngest daughter of property tycoon Datuk Seri Panglima Dr. Wong Kwok; founder of Wong Kwok Group. In 2008, having led the WK Group’s Sales and Marketing division to great success for many years, she chose to continue her late father’s legacy to become a pioneer of affordable properties in Sabah.

The company has established a clear organizational structure that sets out the reporting, roles and responsibilities, accountability, and authority from Directors and Management to operational levels. At the operational level, management is responsible for implementing director-approved frameworks, policies, and procedures.

In short, all Directors and employees are strictly prohibited from committing or directing, or instructing any form of bribery or corruption that would benefit them or the company directly, or indirectly.
